Nathan Slay is a Master barber, Entrepreneur, and Visionary Leader with over 17 years of experience in the grooming industry. Since beginning his journey in 2009, he has remained committed to elevating both his craft and the overall standard of barbering.
At just 21 years old, Nathan opened his first salon, successfully operating it for seven years. That early experience laid the foundation for his understanding of business, leadership, and client relationships. After stepping away, he took intentional time to refine his skills—investing in advanced education, mastering modern techniques, and strengthening his focus on communication, mental discipline, and the client experience.
